Make keto deviled eggs with tuyo and bacon bits
Butter or oil
Crispy bacon bits
Tuyo in olive oil
Crumbled feta (or any kind of cheese)
Salt and pepper to taste
- Hard boil eggs. Once done, cut them in halves, and scoop out the yolk from the white. Place the yolk in a bowl. Put the white in a serving platter.
- Pour butter or oil into the bowl. Mash it up with a fork or spatula. Add cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Season with salt and ground pepper. Blend all the ingredients in.
- After mixing into a creamy consistency, scoop the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Add toppings—sprouts, capers, tuyo, bacon bits, crumbled feta or any kind of cheese, or chili salt.
