This Ortigas restaurant has something for each seafood craving

As island people, it’s inevitable that seafood will always be part of our diet. So much so that it seems like we’ve also become masters at coming up with ways to enjoy seafood—from something as simple as frying or boiling to more complicated recipes.

To keep up with this natural demand for the ocean’s best, Marco Polo Ortigas’ all-day dining restaurant Cucina recently upgraded its seafood station last December. Cucina’s seafood spread now offers favorites like oysters (which you can have fresh or baked by the restaurant’s chefs), clams, and prime mussels. Prawns and various types of crabs like blue swimmer and curacha are also available.

Cucina also offers international cuisine to complement the seafood options. For more information on Cucina, visit Marco Polo Ortigas.
