Are you in dire need of school or office supplies right now? Or are you in need of new housekeeping or bathroom essentials? Since the onset of the pandemic, it’s been more challenging to procure these items from stores due to quarantine restrictions, especially as these aren’t considered essential goods per se. But don’t worry, because Japanese household and consumer goods retail company Muji is finally going online with selected home items now available for store pickups.
On Aug. 6, Muji Philippines finally announced that their customers in Metro Manila may purchase selected items featured on their online catalog. To purchase, customers must first choose which branch they prefer to pick up their items from, and then fill up its corresponding order form.
Aside from the order placements, payments for all transactions will also be online only through GCash, BPI, BDO or Security Bank deposits. Cut off time for all orders is at 3 p.m. daily.
Customers have the option to get their items delivered to their doorstep by booking a third-party service or personally pick up their orders from Muji stores.
Here are some items you can shop from Muji’s online store.
Living, dining and kitchen
Add household must-haves like unscented mini candles (P415 for a pack of 36), coffee filter (P95 for 60 pieces), heat-proof glass storage container (P825) and a stainless steel bowl (P765) on your online shopping cart.
Bedroom
Make your bedroom a better place for relaxation with a new station alarm clock (P1,950), washed cotton pillowcase (P585), velour partition tray (P665) and essential oils (P695).
Bathroom
You can also take home bathroom essentials and personal hygiene products such as the PP bath dipper (P285), cleansing oil (P995) and PP shower brush (P695).
Housekeeping
For your daily housekeeping needs, Muji also makes their cleaning system mini desk broom set (P295), mini PP dust box (P245), cleaning system lint roller (P375) and handy mop (P625) available online.
Study or office
Are you taking online classes or working at home? You might need some planted wood paper ruled notebook (P195 for five pieces), handy shredder (P795) and portable aroma diffuser (P2,950) for a comfortable work or study time.
Storage
If you’re currently decluttering and in need of some boxes to keep your things organized, you can order Muji’s PP stand file box (P395), six-drawer storage box (P1,850) and single or double drawer storage boxes (ranging from P725 to P995) online.
The Muji branches currently operational are in Shangri-La Plaza East Wing, Power Plant Mall Rockwell, Bonifacio High Street at C1 and Greenbelt 3.
