Mar. 8 is International Women’s Day where everyone in the world celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. And in celebration of this day, the Metro Rail Transit-3 (MRT-3) and Light Rail Transit-2 (LRT-2) will be giving free rides to female commuters tomorrow.
The MRT-3 and LRT-2 announced on Facebook yesterday that from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., women can waltz in the train stations for free.
I guess it’s time to skip Grab or Angkas tomorrow when commuting.
