BPI ATMs will be offline from Apr. 5 to 7

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) advised its clients to “plan their transactions accordingly” because majority of their automated teller machines will be unavailable from Apr. 5 (10 p.m.) to Apr. 7 (5 a.m.). In an advisory last Mar. 22, BPI’s offline status is due to a “major systems upgrade for an enhanced banking experience.”

During this period, other BPI services such as online banking, mobile app, Bizlink platform, ATMs and cash accept machines (CAMs), as well as debit and prepaid card services will also be temporarily unavailable.

But don’t fret. The advisory further said that “select branches nationwide will be open on Apr. 6 and 7 (Saturday and Sunday) to accommodate your banking needs.” For the full list of branches that will be open on those dates, refer to BPI’s website here.
