Bookworms, rejoice: MIBF is going online this year

In a Facebook post on Saturday, Aug. 15, the Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) announced that they are going online this year due to the restrictions imposed by the ongoing health crisis.

This 41st edition of the MIBF will run from Nov. 24 to 30. No further details were provided yet so make sure to frequently visit their Facebook page for more updates.

The book fair was originally set to take place on Sept. 16 to 20 at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City had the pandemic not happened.

The MIBF is known to be the one of the largest and longest-running annual book fairs in the country with over 150,000 visitors every year.
