These are the cities in Metro Manila where you can register for COVID-19 vaccine

Before the New Year struck, the City of Manila announced that it would be opening an online portal where residents can register to get the vaccine against 2021. The city has tallied a total of 15,000 inoculated individuals as of writing, and this week, it has initiated vaccination for senior citizens classified as A2 priority under national government guidelines—medical frontliners being the utmost priority.

Many local government units in Metro Manila have since followed suit and implemented a similar registration process to encourage its citizens to get the vaccine.

Here are some of them and where you can register if you live in this areas:

Caloocan

Vaccine registration closed, vaccination on-going

Starting this week, Caloocan LGU will be administering COVID-19 vaccines for senior citizens (A2) and 18-59-year-olds with comorbidities (A3).

Las Piñas

Other than an online registration system, the city has been distributing physical forms per household to gather pertinent information. 

As of Mar. 25, Las Piñas LGU is continually administering Sinovac and AstraZeneca doses to emergency responders, jail personnel, social workers in orphanages and other closed settings, stand-alone clinics,  lying-in and dental clinics, dialysis centers personnel as well as Department of Education nurses.

Makati

To help assist senior citizens with no access to a computer or mobile devices for online registration, starting today Mar. 29, Dyip ni Maki mobiles will be going around barangays to help you enlist.

On Mar. 30, the second leg of registration will also cover those enrolled in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) aged 18-59-years-old.

Malabon

According to Malabon Mayor Lenlen Oreta, the city council met with the local business sector for a town hall meeting to discuss the plans for vaccine rollout. 

In the barangay level, senior citizens can register for the vaccine in their respective health centers.

Mandaluyong

As of this month, the LGU has started vaccinating health workers and has rolled out an online registration platform for the rest of its population.

Muntinlupa

UPDATE: On Mar. 27, Muntinlupa City received 3,433 Sinovac vials intended for health workers from the Department of Health.

Navotas

Today Mar. 29, Navotas has started its vaccination program against COVID-19 for its senior citizens.

The LGU is likewise encouraging its residents to pre-register either through the online portal or at their barangay health centers.

Parañaque

As early as January, Parañaque began its online vaccine registration system. This week, its City Health Office will start vaccinating all frontline health workers on Mar. 30 and 31 with Sinovac and Coronavac doses.

Pasig

Pasig Pass app

On Mar. 2, the LGU rolled out its first batch of 600 vaccine doses to its health workers. Now, the rest of its population is eligible to sign up for future vaccine supply through the Pasig Pass app.

San Juan

The LGU will soon start vaccinating its senior citizens preregistered using the online signup platform or through their respective barangay health centers. 

After frontliners and senior citizens, only residents aged 18 and above as well as those without serious illness like cancer, leukemia and history of allergic reactions will be prioritized.

Taguig

Taguig Trace app

Following the directive from national government, Taguig will be prioritizing health workers followed by senior citizens and people with pre-existing medical conditions considered comorbidities.

Quezon City

QC government is scheduled to administer COVID-19 vaccines to active frontliners included in the A1 priority group this week from Mar. 29 to 30. For those outside of this group, the LGU is continuously accepting registrants pending vaccine schedule.

Valenzuela
