INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup garbanzos
6 cloves garlic
2 cups extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 cucumber, julienned
1 carrot, julienned
2 to 3 red radishes, sliced
5 cherry tomatoes
Paprika for garnish
PREPARATION:
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- Roast garlic in the oven for around seven to eight minutes or until golden brown.
- Blend garbanzos and garlic. Slowly add olive oil and blend until texture resembles paste.
- Spread the roasted garlic hummus on a plate. Add vegetables and garnish with sesame seeds and paprika.
