Krispy Kreme is one of the few donut companies known for continuously experimenting with the flavors they offer. They not only try to work with different ingredients—including those local to the countries they open branches in—they also try to incorporate different flavor profiles.
This is evident in their newest offering: the Bacon and Cheese Ring-Filled Doughnut.
It’s basically as it says on the tin. The limited edition donut has a generous serving of bacon bits on top of the classic Original Glazed donut as well as a melted cheese filling that comes oozing out with each bite, resulting in a balanced mouthful of sweet and savory.
