Heads up. Two of the most anticipated restaurant imports will be setting up shop in SM Megamall this month.

On Dec. 6, Shake Shack will be opening its second branch in the country and will offer items exclusive to the branch: the Mega Mangga, a vanilla custard dessert with fresh mango and grahams inspired by the mango float, and the Coconut Pie Oh My, vanilla custard mixed with Wildflour’s coconut pie and toasted coconut. Five percent of the latter’s sales will go to the Children’s Hour benefit organization, which provides aid to Filipino children in need. (Read: Shake Shack to open a second branch at SM Megamall)

Meanwhile, we finally have a date for when Panda Express will open its first branch. On Dec. 12, the popular American-Chinese chain known for its orange chicken will be setting up shop at SM Megamall, with more branches to come in the next year. Brought to the Philippines by Jollibee Foods Corporation, the branch will be serving its orange chicken (of course), broccoli beef, and eggplant tofu, among other things.
