If you’re missing fine food and good company, we have some news for you. For one night only, Hola Bombón’s chef Rubén Beltran Castellnou and The Test Kitchen’s chef Josh Boutwood will be working together on a culinary collaboration we can previously only dream about.
On Dec. 16, Spanish restaurant Hola Bombón will be hosting a dinner event called “Noche de Sabores” (which translates to “night of flavors”), featuring a nine-course experience with the theme “fire and light” inspired by cooking techniques from Spain’s Basque region.
“For one night only, the duo will create an innovative nine-course tasting menu that showcases their playful and imaginative rendition of fire and light, where fine ingredients meet wood fire cooking and smoking techniques from the Basque region,” the announcement read.
Tickets to the dinner are priced at P3,250 per guest, with limited seats available due to existing COVID-19 health and safety measures.
