Margarita Fores, Josh Boutwood, Miko Calo and Chele Gonzalez to have collab dinners at BGC’s new wagyu spot this January

Many of us missed Manila’s thriving dining scene last 2020, so it’s time to start the year right. Wagyu Studio is hosting Live Kitchen Sessions, a series of collaboration dinners featuring four of Manila’s most notable chefs.

Wagyu Studio’s executive chef Yoji Kitayama will be collaborating with all four guest chefs.

The collabs will be on the following dates:

  • Jan. 13 with Margarita Fores of Grace Park
  • Jan. 14 with Josh Boutwood of The Test Kitchen
  • Jan. 20 with Miko Calo of Metronome
  • Jan. 21 with Chele Gonzalez of Gallery by Chele

According to Wagyu Studio’s Instagram post, this will be the first set of collaborations, collectively called “Live Kitchen Sessions: Volume One.” Aside from featuring top chefs in Manila in each four hands dinner collaboration, the Live Kitchen Sessions will also highlight the Japanese and local products and produce.

“We want not only to celebrate the remarkable culinary talent we have in the Philippines, but also to commemorate the arrival of our Grand Prix Kobe wagyu from three-time Kobe Beef Grand Prix wining farmer, Kyuko Tanaka,” says LA Clavano, managing director of Wagyu Studio.

Each night will only have one dinner seating, for a maximum of only 16 guests. For reservations, contact Wagyu Studio at 0916-3658084.
