The Moment Group’s Manam and Ooma opens at Molito, Alabang

South people, you won’t have to drive to Pasay, Makati, or Bonifacio Global City anymore just to satiate your craving for crispy sisig or aburi maki—The Moment Group’s (TMG) Manam Cafe and Ooma are finally opening in Alabang.

Joining Molito Lifestyle Center’s great lineup of dining and hangout spots are these local innovative restaurant concepts that have been capturing hearts of the Filipino and foreigners alike.

Manam, established in 2013, is popular for its rendition of classic local dishes with a twist like crispy sisig and Sinigang Beef Short Rib and Watermelon. Now, the cafe that will open at Molito is more laidback. It has pastries under the Tinapay & Kakanin like the Three Cheese Ensaymada and Calamansi Tart among others, and serves breakfast all day. You can still order some of the Manam favorites at the cafe, too, so don’t worry.

Ooma, on the other hand, is the result of Chef Bruce Ricketts’ (of Mecha Uma, Sensei Sushi, and La Chinesca) collaboration with TMG since 2015. It’s known for its inventive take on Japanese staples like donburis and aburi makis served in a hip and casual dining environment.

These newcomers open at 10 a.m. Be ready for long lines if you plan to come at lunchtime.

Here’s other TMG’s expansion to watch out for: Din Tai Fung at Greenbelt, Manam at SM Aura, and Manam Cafe at The Podium.
