Easily assemble Hapag’s signature dishes with their newly-launched meal kits

At this point, almost everyone is itching to at least go somewhere other than the usual home-supermarket-home route. It doesn’t even have to be a full blown vacation, it could just be a simple trip to your favorite restaurant.

We’ve featured a lot of restaurants which have become crowd favorites because of the way they’ve innovated the local dining scene and these days a lot of them are bouncing back by doing the same thing.

Hapag, the steadily growing private dining concept turned restaurant by chefs Kevin Villarica, Thirdy Dolatre and John Kevin Navoa has  now reopened for delivery by   launching their easy-to-prepare meal kits.

Each set has everything you need to assemble your dish of choice from their #HapagSaInyongHapag menu which includes bestsellers like their Bistek na Tagalog, Kare-Kare ni Lola V and pares toast among others.

Vacuum sealed slabs of meat complete with the necessary condiments (like their lasuna chimichurri), marinade, garnish and even fresh uncut vegetables make up the easy-to-prepare meal kits which only require “minimal cooking and reheating.” They also come with instructions on how to assemble the dish as well as a QR code which will lead to a picture on how the dish is supposed to look like.

Known for their inventive take on classic Filipino cuisine by way of deconstructing common dishes, it is no surprise that the restaurant’s way of adjusting to the new normal would be through these meal kits.

Orders can be picked up at their restaurant’s location in Katipunan or you can have them delivered to you via Angkas, Grab or Lalamove but be sure to settle payments before their set cut-off dates.
