Inquirer Best Desserts is back for its fifth run with more local sweets

It’s that time of the year again for sweet seekers, as Inquirer Best Desserts returns for its fifth run at the SMX SM Aura this coming Jun. 3. The event featuring sweet confections from some of the country’s most creative pastry chefs and bakers will also launch the latest installment in author Vangie Baga-Reyes’ best-selling series “Best Desserts.”

If you’re already planning a visit here are some bakers and brands you could expect at Best Desserts 5: The Flour Girl’s hundred gram classic chocolate chip cookie, Ollie’s Kitchen’s Chunky Monkey and Grand Marnier loaf cakes, Goto Monster’s Puto Bungbong waffles, baker Gel Salonga’s Maja Blanca cheesecake, Consuelo’s Artisan Cakes’ Chocolate Indulgence, Think Wink’s triple chocolate cookies, and Jetereea Bakery and Café’s Banana Caramel Crunch cake to name a few.
