In anticipation of #UNIVERS2020, we make an early introduction of Emily Adams Bode. @bode’s signature is her reinterpretation of heirlooms and folkloric craftsmanship, producing off-kilter pieces that express sentimentality, personal narrative, and historical technique. Bode will be available next season in UNIVERS, One Rockwell.
Bode is a luxury menswear brand established by Emily Adams Bode known for its sentimental take on menswear, weaving antique elements into a single garment. As a result, the brand is able to come up with unconventional silhouettes and textiles that exhibit Bode’s personal stories alongside her explorations of history.
Bode was recently awarded the 2019 Emerging Designer of the Year by the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and is also known as the first female designer to show at New York Fashion Week: Mens.
