Ramen with cheese? What more can we ask for from Ramen Nagi?

We’ve got to admit it: even during the sweltering, sunny days during the beginning of quarantine when we were all safely stuck in our homes, we were still craving for a hot bowl of ramen. Now that the weather’s a little bit cooler, there’s all the more reason for us to crave those noodles (from the comfort of our own homes, of course). Lucky for us, after Ramen Nagi launched their ramen to-go kits last March, they’ve released a new flavor—and it’s something we’re all big fans of: cheese.

Ramen Nagi’s newest ramen creation is a tsukemen which is a ramen dish consisting of noodles dipped into a separate bowl of broth. Their cheesy tsukemen exactly has what you’d expect from—a generous serving of shaved and grated parmesan cheese to top both the noodles and the broth. Combining fish, pork, and chicken for the broth, the tsukemen ramen set is also served with pork chashu, vegetables and cold thick noodles in a separate bowl.

The cheesy tsukemen ramen-to-go box costs P980 and is already good for two servings. The restaurant also serves their signature ramen dishes such as the original Butao King, Red King, Black King and Green King. If you aren’t in the mood for ramen, chicken karaage, gyoza and chashu rice are also available.

Visit their website and Facebook account for more information.
