Cabin fever is real especially since the longest-running lockdown is going on its 11th month come February. With summer *almost* coming, we can’t help but dream of spending much-needed time off from our homes (who would’ve thought?) in faraway destinations like this newly opened glamping spot in Cavinti, Laguna that features mirrored compact houses overlooking a lush landscape.
Farm-T-House at FarmShare Prime in Brgy. Duhat, Cavinti, Laguna has developed these tiny structures with a view of and in proximity to nature for guests who long to be in the company of animals and trees. Cottagecore fantasy realness!
The units, which range from cubic bungalow structures to mezzanine and multi-level builds, can accommodate a small group of friends or family with spaces for sleeping and recreation (hello, floating rope floor!). And the best part of all, it comes with an uninterrupted view of nature, thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the architecture’s signature design.
Apart from these modern compact housing—that also doubles as emergency housing in cases of climate migration—FarmShare offers a variety of recreational activities to enjoy, from bikepacking (yep, it’s a thing), trail biking, farming, and stargazing, among others.
T-House, the property developer behind the project, specializes in these boxy houses situated within nature. “Just like with Filipino folk architecture and the Zen Japanese house, T-House is basically empty. Hence it’s easier to transform from working space to a resting place,” the developer said of its signature structure.
Other than this farm setup, T-House has a location near a lake, also in Cavinti, that can be rented through AirBnb for P2,784/night for a maximum of two guests.
