Last year, we found this 20-seater spot in a Petron gas station that serves some Hong Kong-style roasts that are pretty close to authentic. They even had goose, which is hard to come by here.
Soon there will be more chances to have 8 Treasures’ selection of roast goose, duck, and other HK specialties as they will be opening a branch in Rockwell. While waiting for the exact date of their opening, you can check out some of their dishes below—the Rockwell branch will be carrying the same menu:
